Hi i'm Lisa Harper. I am passionate about people, particularly men and women, who for whatever reason, are planning on leaving the workplace - to forge their own path and create a future where they can thrive or they are planning to retire with purpose. Having had 30+ years as a senior HR professional running my own business since 2007 - I decided to let go of my HR Conultancy and focus on a future where i will thrive. FindYourTribe.Club was created over a year ago as a facebook group. My connections on facebook loved what i did on my FB page so i thought i would consolidate as a group. I met Sam last year and thought - hey I could make this into a business. I love to network (and at the age of 70, I;ve done a lot of that during my career). Our values are of Collaboration; Connectivity; Camaraderie and Community. As well has helping invidituals, i have supported business owners with their exit strategy to ensure that their Company Tribe is left in safe hands. I'm working with a brand consultant to get all my offerings together and then I will launch in full. I love this membership tool - as I am a member of another club on Skool too.
