I truly appreciate the 4 Cubed community and enjoy reading about everyone’s successes and challenges. It’s wonderful to celebrate victories together and support one another through the inevitable hiccups along the way. I especially value the honesty people share—it creates a space where we can learn from each other’s experiences and discover ideas, strategies, and perspectives that may work for us in our own lives. Every story shared has the potential to inspire, encourage, or teach something valuable. Thank you to everyone who is willing to be open and authentic. There is more on my list than fits into today, and that’s okay. I’ll focus on what matters most. My value isn’t measured by how much I complete in one day which is often how I judge myself! Even small progress is progress, and each task completed is a win. I type this so i can read it at the end of the day when i go down that rabbit hole mad I didn’t get enough done.

Ok, if at first you don’t succeed try try again. I took on meditation two different times and got interrupted before the 11 minutes. I realize 11 minutes to myself uninterrupted is a challenge in itself. I made it to 5 1/2 minutes proud of that and today hopefully it’s longer!

And tomorrow we officially begin the Four Cubed 44-Day Challenge! 🎉 Now before anyone does anything drastic... Please know that participation does NOT require: ❌ Purchasing $400 worth of wellness supplies on Amazon ❌ Waking up at 4:17 a.m. to meditate on a mountaintop ❌ Drinking green juice made from ingredients you can't pronounce ❌ Becoming a completely different person overnight In fact... If you can locate: 🕯 a candle 📓 a notebook 🎨 something creative 🪑 and a comfy place to sit ...you are already wildly overqualified. 😄 The goal isn't perfection. The goal is simply to show up. For the next 44 days we'll spend a little time: 🌈calming our minds 🧘‍♀️clearing our thoughts 🎨 creating something 💥 focusing on who we're becoming Some days you'll feel motivated.
