What diet advice has confused you the most?
I’m curious about something. Most of the people I work with feel overwhelmed because they’ve been given so many different pieces of advice over the years. Eat less. Cut carbs. Fast. Count calories. What advice has confused you the most when it comes to weight loss?

That my cortisol levels are too high so do strength training to help loose weight but no cardio.

I just wanted to say a big shout out and congratulations to . @Meghan Poreé !It has been almost exactly one month since she brought her beautiful sixth child into this world. He might be the cutest baby I have ever seen. I wanted to give her some time before I said congrats so she could enjoy the special quiet time after giving birth. Meghan is such an inspiration to me and I'm sure many other people. She is an amazing mom who is doing it all herself while running a business, and on top of it, she takes amazing care of herself. Since I met Meghan, she has inspired me in my walk with God and to keep pushing myself to grow and to be a better mom. ✨️

Why Most Weight Loss Fails (And What Actually Works)
If you want to lose weight permanently, you cannot follow someone else’s plan. Your body, your lifestyle, your culture, your schedule, your family dynamics, your likes and dislikes all matter.
