Hi all, I started over and now I am on day 19. I had originally made it but illness took me out and working out outside when it was 12 below was not going to happen. I am on day 19 of my restart and I have gone completely in with no hesitation. as of today 15lbs down. Water, sleep, diet all in check. I have not turned on mindless tv, actually have had no desire too. I either workout and listen to books read or write. I focus focus focus. My body is finally telling me when I need to get up from my desk and move. My legs shake if i stay sedentary to long. I am addicted to this clarity and drive. I didn't believe it before. I hemmed and hawed about the rules of this game. But when I looked at it differently and decided it was a long game like chess not a fast battle like checkers, I can see every move is a strategic step towards a win. We are all WINNERS RIGHT!
