Started: 241 lbs Now: 188 lbs Lost: 53 lbs Timeframe: 8 weeks 1 on 1 Coaching with me Method: PSMF + lifting + walking @Ashley Thomas didn’t play around. She did the diet with structure and discipline. She completed her weekly check-ins and always reached to me when felt stuck, needed help, and/or motivation. Her diet? Lean protein every meal. Low carbs. Low fat. Vegetables for volume. Water and electrolytes daily. No snacking. No “just one bite.” No weekend damage. Her food was simple: chicken, fish, shrimp, turkey, egg whites, lean beef, Greek yogurt, greens, and seasonings. She lifted to keep her shape and protect muscle. She walked daily to drive fat loss without burning herself out. The waist came down, her frame tightened, and she kept her curves because she lifted while dieting hard. PSMF gave her the rules. She executed. I'm so proud of her transformation. Inspirational!!

Hi everyone 😊 Lisa here. I've tried keto, fasting, calorie counting... probably a few others I've blocked out of my memory lol. Hoping to keep things simple this time and learn from people who actually get it.
