Bio: Hi! I'm a mom of four girls-27, 26, 15, 15-living in Lancaster, PA. I'm a wife, special ed teacher, and dog mom of two sweet pups.

Bio: I am an almost-52 year old mama of three grown boys…my older two are on the autism spectrum. SO ready to make lasting changes to my mind and body!
