Weight update on Retatrutide @30 units every 7 days, Prohormones/AI and calorie deficit. As I mentioned in my first post I started at 248 pounds. Recovering alcoholic, and sh*** diet. Started counting macros, cooking 80% of my calories and really tightening down my shoe laces on overall discipline.
