I am facing many issues with my heels, and I will like to know with all of your experience what brand would you recommend me Because now I am using very fine and honestly I don’t understand why it keeps breaking down and wearing out very quickly. And I mean, it happened with a new pair and after some weeks the strap died. Thanks in advance

Hey @Adolfo Indacochea 😀 great to be here 1️⃣ I have been dancing on2 for about 3 years. I danced on1 one year before 2️⃣ My biggest struggle right now is knowing where to start and how to improve efficiently. I feel like: - my steps are too big - I don’t feel grounded - my dancing sometimes feels sloppy and hard to control I also struggle with self-confidence, especially when watching myself to self-correct. I’m very open to feedback though. Direct feedback helps me a lot (like when you said “dress to impress” — that really clicked). 3️⃣ I see myself as: - early intermediate choreographically (my body can reproduce movements and simple choreographies) - technically still a beginner, especially in partnerwork, where I feel overwhelmed because my technique isn’t precise yet. You’ll see me in Partnerwork with Monty who is teaching me (very patiently), I am the follower in the pair close to the mirror. 4️⃣ I would love to build a structure for practice, so that during socials and classes I always know: - what to focus on - how to measure progress - when to move to the next focus I don’t know if this is the right approach, I’d really value your guidance. With all my travels is hard sometimes to get to dance with my team in NY. This is an amazing old school place called west gate and we perform varsity. Pretty clean. Leaders analyze the footwork. Followers analyze How the ladies have their knees bent all the time and the connection they have with the floor. This is Mambo!
