Just joined, and I’m already curious
I came across this community and the idea of finally understanding why certain patterns keep repeating really caught my attention. Especially the part about knowing what you need to do, but still struggling to actually get it done. I’m looking forward to learning, connecting with people here, and seeing what I can take away from the 5-day challenge. For those who’ve been here a while, what’s one thing you’ve learned about yourself since joining?

@Kat Mul Absolutely! The 5-day challenge is a great starting point, but I think the real value comes from staying involved and actually putting what you learn into practice. There’s always something new to take away when you’re learning alongside people who are on a similar journey.

@Keri Mossop Haha, same here! It’s great to have you here. What are you hoping to learn or achieve from the group while you’re here?

I think a lot of people can relate to this. Sometimes starting is harder than the task itself. Have you noticed what usually helps you get past that first step? @Caroline Menter

@Mj Funaro Thank you so much for the warm welcome! It’s great to hear how much you’ve gained from being here already. I’m definitely looking forward to learning, taking action, and connecting with more people in the community. What’s been the biggest change you’ve noticed since joining the community?
I’m learning… I’m rewiring my brain.
Just did the first part of my Operating Manual and realized every app and planner I ever tried worked fine - they just started at the wrong layer. The tools weren't broken, and neither am I. **(If I can focus, my planners DO work for me.📔🎉 I also caught my biggest trap: the phone always winning when I'm alone and tired. That was never a discipline problem.

This is such a good realization. I think the biggest shift is going from “what’s wrong with my system?” to “what’s actually happening underneath it?” The phone part especially makes sense, when you’re tired, the easiest option usually wins. Once you understand your patterns, you can build around them instead of constantly fighting yourself. @AnneMarie Call What have you noticed works best for you when you’re tired but still need to get something important done?
