Hello 🤍 I wanted to take a moment to properly introduce myself and share a little about why I created this space. My name is Kiana, and I’m a Master of Public Health, Reiki Master, folk herbalist, intuitive, and holistic wellness educator. My interests are deeply rooted in ethnobotany, traditional ecological knowledge, nervous system healing, spirituality, energy work, and natural wellness practices that help support the mind, body, and spirit as a whole. As an intuitive, I experience abilities such as clairsentience (feeling energy), claircognizance (inner knowing), and clairvoyance (visual intuition). Over the years, these gifts have naturally strengthened through my own healing journey and spiritual growth. Last year, I made the decision to leave the corporate world and pursue creating a more aligned life centered around healing, holistic wellness, and meaningful community. After experiencing my own recovery journey from complex trauma and chronic illness, I became deeply passionate about sharing the tools, practices, and knowledge that helped me reconnect with myself and improve my overall well-being. I created this Skool community to offer free resources, education, support, and a safe space for others who are interested in holistic healing, spirituality, herbalism, nervous system support, energy work, mindfulness, and intentional living. My goal is to make these practices feel grounded, accessible, supportive, and realistic for everyday life. I truly believe healing is not about perfection. It’s about learning how to reconnect with yourself gently, consistently, and compassionately over time. I’m so grateful you’re here and I’m excited to grow, learn, and heal alongside all of you!
