✨Soulful Sunday ✨
What is a spiritual practice that you’ve strayed from that you would like to start incorporating into your daily routine again? For a long time I would wake up and immediately dive into this routine: 1. Prayer 2. Meditation 3. Exercise. I would usually do a 5ish minute prayer, 15-30 minute meditation, and 30 minutes of Qi Gong, Tai Chi, or Yoga. Being an intuitive this routine really helped me balance my energies and stay grounded. It’s important for me to stay close to the Most High and invite in the Holy Spirit so that I am able to discern what information is from the creator and what is not. As I’ve been going through a major transition period the past couple of months, I’ve fallen out of my routine. I pray daily, but I haven’t meditated consistently in months. As for my energy exercises, I would only do them a couple of times per week. It’s led to me feeling ungrounded, confused, and out of sorts. I believe that we are co-creators with God/Source/Universe. So prayer is a great start to set intentions and develop a relationship with The Most High, but then we have to show up with actions that are aligned to what we are asking for and who we want to be. So, I decided this week that I was going to start being disciplined again. Today, all I had the energy and focus for was a quick prayer, a 5 minute meditation, and a 5 minute qi gong practice. I figured it’s better to start small and build my way back up, then to keep being inconsistent. I’ll keep you all updated on my progress each week. In the meantime, I’d love to hear from you all. Is there a practice or routine you would like to restart? Share below and we can all help keep each other accountable! Love you guys, Kiana ❤️

🌸 Self-Care Saturday 8/15 🌸
Today’s self-care practice is simple: put on a song that makes you feel like YOU. 🎶✨ This month, we’ve been exploring ways to find our voices and reconnect with our most authentic selves. Sing along, dance around your room, or close your eyes and listen. Give yourself a few minutes to let go of expectations and reconnect with the version of you that feels the most free and alive. Self-care can be as simple as creating space to be your true self for a few minutes. 🤍 Let me know what song you choose in the comments. I'll pin mine 😄 Love, Kiana

Update to Our Weekly Rhythm
As the Divine Wellness Collective continues to grow and evolve, I want to create a little more balance and intention in the way I share resources and connect with you all. 🤍 Moving forward, I’ll be posting daily check-ins, prompts, tips, and resources centered around a different theme each day: 🌿 Mindful Monday Mindfulness, grounding, reflection & intentional living 🍵 Tea + Tonic Tuesday Herbalism, teas, natural remedies & plant wisdom 🌼 Wellness Wednesday Holistic wellness tips and resources for mind, body & spirit ✨ Thankful Thursday Gratitude, positivity & celebrating the good in our lives 🌈 Feel-Good Friday Joy, encouragement, inspiration & things that simply make us feel good 🫶 Self-Care Saturday Slowing down, filling our own cups & caring for ourselves with intention ☀️ Soulful Sunday Gentle spiritual reflection, connection, prayer & tending to the soul My hope is that this new rhythm creates a space that feels a little more grounded, balanced, supportive, and easy to come back to throughout the week. Some days may be a simple check-in or reflection, while others will include educational resources, practices, recipes, or something new to try. As always, take what resonates and leave what doesn't. This space is here to support you in caring for your mind, body, and spirit and reconnecting with what helps you feel like the highest version of yourself. 🤍 With so much love, Kiana

Event Updates
Thank you all for your patience with me while I took the past couple of weeks to heal and restructure the group. I want to share some updates on upcoming events. Creative Healing Circle I am combining the Poetry Circle & Art Healing Circle events into one Creative Healing Circle. We will spend the first 30 minutes doing creative writing and the last 30 minutes doing painting, drawing, or other mixed media of your choosing while we listen to meditative music and chit chat. 😄 Soulful Support Circle I am also combining the Prayers for the Voiceless into the Monthly Soul Support Circles. We will begin our monthly support circle with a prayer to set intentions for the time together, as well as a separate moment to send out love and healing for those who need it. 🤍 Looking forward to gathering with you all. Love, Kiana 💞

Who Heals the Healer? 🤍
Lately, I’ve been sitting with this question. I’m walking through a season of some pretty big life transitions, and with change has come the resurfacing of old wounds I thought I had already healed. I’ve realized that sometimes healing isn’t linear. We can come so far, grow so much, and still find ourselves being invited to revisit certain parts of ourselves with deeper compassion and understanding. Because of the nature of the work I do, I feel a responsibility to be mindful of the energy and intention behind what I create and share. I never want to produce content simply because I feel like I should be posting, teaching, guiding, or showing up. I want what I offer to come from a place of peace, clarity, integrity, and genuine alignment with God and with the work I feel called to do. So for the remainder of the summer, I’m giving myself permission to slow down. Sometimes, the healer needs time to heal too. Time to rest, to pray, and to reflect on where I’ve been, where I’m going, and what I want this next chapter of my life and work to look like. I’m not disappearing, and I’m not giving up on what I’ve created. I’m simply choosing not to pour from a place that needs replenishing. I’ll still be here, just a little quieter. 🤍 Sometimes alignment requires movement, and sometimes it requires stillness. Right now, I believe I’m being called into stillness. Thank you for giving me the space to recover, regroup, and return with a clearer heart and renewed spirit. And if you’re in a season where old wounds are resurfacing too, maybe this is your reminder that you don’t always have to push through them. Sometimes the next step forward is allowing yourself the time and space to heal. With so much love and gratitude for each and every one of you. Kiana ✨
