Two years ago, I found the Fast 40 program. My results were amazing as I lost a total of 19 inches. Over the past two years, the weight has stayed off and I am now a size 4 weighing 155lbs at 5’10”. The journey has been amazing and learning to truly love yourself has been the greatest gift! I still eat a ton of food, lol. Most people gasp and comment at the amount I eat. I get to laugh and say, yes this is how life should be- no starvation!! To Dr. Cody, a huge heart ❤️ thank you! Stay true to you, love yourself, don't be afraid to be the best version of you, you can be! Life is amazing and we make it that way!

Happy Monday everyone! I am currently on Day 18 of the Fast 40 program and Dr Golman wanted me to share my results. I am down 10 pounds and so grateful to see the scale moving in the right direction. Hi everyone! Experimenting with some very basic ingredients ! In my first week I had a bit of a sweet tooth and needed to curb it. 1- cut up 1 apple 2- Dusted the apple with cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom. 3- Bake at 325 for about 12 minutes in the air fryer 4- Weigh your cooked apples—so surprised how much 4 oz cooked apples really is.
