🚀 The 2026 Investor Mindset: How Winners Think Differently
The start of a new year is a mental checkpoint. While most people are celebrating, relaxing, or “waiting for January to start,” top investors are already planning, analyzing, and taking action. 🧠 What Makes Winners Different - They plan before the noise - While everyone else is distracted by parties and sales, winners are setting their goals, strategies, and systems for the next 90 days. - They think in terms of momentum, not motivation - Motivation is fleeting. Momentum builds when action is consistent, even in small steps. - They focus on leverage - Winners identify opportunities where effort today multiplies results tomorrow. This could be deals, networking, or skill-building. - They review before the year starts - Reflection on past wins, losses, and lessons ensures smarter decisions in 2026. 💡 Key Lesson Success doesn’t wait for January 1st. If you start planning and taking action while others are resting, you’re already ahead. Comment “2026 Ready” if you’re building momentum early and let’s kick off the year stronger together!

They are potential landlords, not investors, they are Funding Houses Venture Capitalist, are the one with liquidated assets, that invest into people's projects.
Making connections!!?
Yet you can only do that if you have reached level nine?, is not that backwards?? In order to make connections to move and learn, isn't that at the beginning stage? Or am I not thinking, logically, or thinking outside the box. I'm certainly a beginner in this site, but not a beginner in property, and would welcome those connections to move forwards.

@Marigold Henshaw Well I did see a lot of people in this level. Which did make me think, did they join this group, and thought, gosh. Well I do need connections as I do have some active projects that I'm looking to build my investors. Giving great returns I have been building my team, they are ready to go, january. While have been looking at building website, also, using AI in maybe building a crm, system with, sending out, touch points, also call back, system, with checking on off market, land and property and land(brown). Entering details, sending out NDA, Something to alert us when sellers need to sell quickly, red flags come up or something. Sending out automatic emails, something basically that can do everything we need, fast solicitor connections, fast brokers, valuers, Cutting time spent at a laptop. As there's so much smoke out there, which is very distracting. When your beginning, you don't have the money, to constantly be paying this and that, and the other. So searching for free website builders. Because investors don't see your website, that alone has broken a interested party. Also making this a one stop shop, without, having someone to make sure your doing OK, is also just as important, to having someone making sure, your not stuck due to limitations within the framework. Best apps to use, best AI to use, ease of use, no fees, Web hosting, ect. I have wasted so much time trying to figure this all out, on my own. I always think, there's got to be an easier way. Does that, make sense? Or is Facebook the group that has more on the the info, or? Or could this just have the training on the videos we should be using to watch, and have more direction than that, kajabi.com.site, then go to utube, pity it can't be all in one place, with more, direction and team, all on same level, just learning different skills ?

From Homeless to High Performance: The Real Impact of Property
Hey team 👋 I just want to share a podcast on YouTube with Nathan Khider and honestly, this one hit home for me. Nathan’s journey from homeless to high-performance property entrepreneur is powerful, but what really stood out was how he talks about why property matters. Property isn’t just about deals or numbers. It’s about helping people move on from homes full of memories, guiding families into places where their kids will grow up, and genuinely being part of that journey. That stuff is incredibly fulfilling. And on the investor side? Taking a run-down, uninhabitable property and turning it back into a real home that adds value to the community, that’s something to be proud of. People love to label investors as greedy, but who else is actually doing that work? This conversation is a great reminder of the impact we can have when we do property the right way. Worth a watch 👊

That how I feel, I was homeless for four years, sleeping on people's sofas, being their slave, to baby sitting not as if you've got anything important today to do!! But one thing you do realise is, one day you can have everything, and when you least of all expect it, you can have it all taken away in a heartbeat. Hence why it's so important to giving back, genuinely from the heart, not pay for this pay for that, mentality. Because when your down there, you don't know,, when you might need that someone that's down there, to help you in that time of need, to help you, up, when you need a gentle pair of hands and the genuine kindness to help you to stand tall again. I went to Simon zushi, once, he just wanted me to help him, he wasn't interested in me,, he was more interested in what I could do for him,, I'd used my last cash of 8 pounds to get to his meeting, his call for helping me,,, never came. Because he was only thinking of number one, and his pocket, not my empty pockets. The need that burned in my soul. I will remember that, for all the wrong reasons. But someone who will genuinely help me, I will remember that!! For all the right reasons.
Help I need to get a commercial mortgage!
Hi team, i need support with this as i really want to get started. How can i get a commercial mortgage for buy to let/rental?

Well I found you need your own pot of cash, meat in the game, risk, Value. And or 1st charge and second charge on other properties you probably don't own yet. Which is frustrating as hell, otherwise you would not need them probably. Unless others have other solutions i have not come across, other than finding investment ?? Please feel free to explore those options please.

Been passionate about property since a woman smoothly said "no one will give you a mortgage!" So I proved her wrong!
