Airflare 1.5, elbow 1.5, and air cancel consistent 4. 10 chair airflares and chair 1.5 5. 100 handhops (R) and 50 handhops (L) 6. 25 elbow hops (R) and 15 elbow hops (L) 7. Handhop variations (thread and scissor hops, both ways) + one-arm transitions between elbow hops and handhops 8. Perfect and max out reps on all my “basic” powermoves 9. 10 UFOs 10.
