My powermove goals for the end of the year:
- 25 airflares
- 10 elbow airflares
- Airflare 1.5, elbow 1.5, and air cancel consistent
- 10 chair airflares and chair 1.5
- 100 handhops (R) and 50 handhops (L)
- 25 elbow hops (R) and 15 elbow hops (L)
- Handhop variations (thread and scissor hops, both ways) + one-arm transitions between elbow hops and handhops
- Perfect and max out reps on all my “basic” powermoves
- 10 UFOs
- Fix my chronic groin injury and start training smarter to avoid future injuries
