Got some test done
Just got my results back from a fasting lab test and many others, everything is within range, but here is what I brought forth, some worries I have/had at the moment; increased appetite, I'll eat a nice full meal (good protein, carbs veggies) an hour later I'd be hungry again, I now have to eat until I am uncomfortably full to not get the hunger pains and hunger signals from my brain after 2 hours(yes I drink a shit ton of water when it feels like that cause maybe I'm thirsty..its never that). Bladder feels like it has shrunk, like constantly peeing, I am also always thirsty, like constantly so I drink more obviously I pee more, at work I lessen how much I drink but that does not lessen how often I need the bathroom. Also been dealing with weakness and numbness in my hands and feet🥲 Anyways all test came back "within range" so "normal" and I guess that means nothing is going to be done to help me deal with these symptoms. I'm going to be 25 this year, I've started working out again cause maybe that will help. I'm losing weight but my love handles or mid section or whatever look like is holding on to fat, I am constantly bloated. I'm scared and tired that this is just the live I will have to settle for. Never feeling good in my body, never feeling healthy or whole. Every time I look in the mirror I don't like what I see, I'm losing confidence in myself but I am also just exhausted (literally and figuratively cause my sleep sucks but has improved a fraction after starting ADHD meds). Any advice, or whatever is welcomed.

Awesome, hoping to learn so much from this to finally feel in control in my body

Hello, my name is Lilly and I'm from Calgary, AB. Was diagnosed with PCOS at 21, now 24 I've changed doctors a lot. Finally found one who's helped with my mental health but taking care of the other symptoms like constant bloating, fatigue, weight gain and hair loss is slow moving. Hoping to learn more from women who have more experience dealing with living with these symptoms.
