What do you think about Bryan Mayne goal mapping?
Hey guys - i was wondering - has anyone here heard about Bryan Mayne goal mapping? Basically its a ready-to-use system that builds your goal map with the WHY, WHAT and HOW. Or maybe it doesnt fit into this WOW wall and the Action plan wall. What are your thoughts?

@Louisa Janssen That is amazing! So happy to hear this! My goals also fulfilled - there were some that i really wanted - like to have a new place where both my kids has a separate room or to go to amazing exotic trips, which i did, too. but some came out really crooked, too, as i wrote above. Thank you for sharing :))

@Anton van Ensbergen OMG, Anton, i see we are partners in the same company :) This amazing. How are you sucseeding? :) Yes the words are cruical and pictures, too. :) I hold on to 1 version of goal map but David opened a whole new possibility window - what IF. what IF i use experience i have in presenting health concept and make a whole new career as a speaker and make my own content? Never thought of it as a career option. I already am making some content of my own to inspire my team, but never dawned on me it could be a profession by itself. I always thought that only the ones with skill and diploma can perform in certain area but never the other way around - build that experience while learning. this is so cool!
A plan in place
#DAY 4 IMMERSION: i have immersed already on the subject in Instagram, youtube and facebook. I just added new books to my audible to this subject and found the one i need to read from my self-development shelf. I have to find inspiring speakers that could mentor me, as i don't know any good ones in my country. MOMENTUM: 1. creating an action plan and fine-tuning my work presentation to the level that i can tell it in the middle of the night. Oppurtunities will arrive once i feel confident in it. 2. start the work on my signature presentation development. I know what i want to make people feel and do, i just have to start finding best ways to make them do that through my speech. And i need to read more books on the subject. SHARING: 1. I have business partners that i am educating in all the useful new things i find and learn. Tomorrow i am goning for a presentation and tutoring session after - a new chance to educate, I love it! 2. I have shared some stories and reels on social, but very little and very shy. I will become more brave and start doing that more often. Also i need to plan better, to actually find time to to that, otherwise i have too many goals to achieve and cant do them all.

Dopamine-loop; Combine dopamine with the power of habit
#DAY 4 I can create total immersion by - Focussing on the one skill and one skill only. The skill that it’s all about: Presenting skills. This means that every interaction is a chance to grow and learn. - Planning my free time around the gain of knowledge and experience about the subject. Divide the time in order that it is well spend, in my case I should not linger to long on one subject, continue to the next after some time. - Practise - reflect, practise - reflect, practise - reflect, etc. I can create momentum by - By creating a dopamine loop in the tendency to create a habit (like morning routines) (Book: " The power of habit") repetition of things that generates intermediate rewards but also generates more dopamine, just like the process of learning, sport training, early rising to start a day effectively etc. - Play and dance in the moment, see if there are ways to generate more dopamine in my direct environment and for myself too…What would happens if I would tell this colleague of mine about my snowboarding experience in Switserland? How would he react? - By taking a small new step every day, remembering that with every small step I get closer to my goals. Some days I won’t see any result, some days I will see massive results and then again I will just take another small step. I can share my skills by - Be around people that like the subjects I really like from the depth of my heart. - Sharing and learning from each other by being in conversation with each other. - By learning more and more about the subject and share what is so really interesting about it.

Thank you for sharing this, insightful :)
Complete beginner
#DAY 3 Skill - 2, Content - 2, Fame - 0, Marketing - 0, Strategy - 0. SKILL is the one i will improve by many angles - practice, preperation, focusin on 1 assinment at the time, take on a different one each time. I will try to open up the prestentation with an honest share and reason why i am doing this and work my way up from there. CONTENT - there are two roads - concerning my company I have a more or less fixed content but i dont have to stick to slides. i can go and grow and develop it every way possible. The other option - motivational speaking - there are still a 100 books to read and so far i dont have an original content, just the essence from all i know and have learned and studied so far. I am shure that something valuable will emerge one day from that. FAME - no interest or chance to build that. MARKETING - i will think carefully - i dont hava an original content yet. STRATEGY - i am a newbie and i suck in all the ideas like a sponge. Just taken baby steps in social media area, but evolving :)

Make it fun
#Day 1 1. I am afraid to talk to new potential clients and partners as it might go wrong. 2. I would solve most of my problems in life as my business would take off in a pace i always wanted. 3. I have to learn not to worry too much and make it fun. I can see myself do that. I have to make my slides 1/4 of what i have now. I cant go without them yet, but i will get there. Also i have to rehearse and train for my presentation so i know it by heart.

@Satu K-r happy to resonate :) why you don't believe in your services? Disbelief in self - well that is harder to overcome, takes a lot of time and as David put it - small wins, that builds confidence that you can do it.

@Taz Hartley when i step on stage in the first minute i feel like i will choke and cry. once i get over it it gets better. I embraced my mistakes even before i came on stage - because i said to myself that the stage is not the goal. the good performance is not the goal. my goal was to gain experience and get better. that means to have mistakes and it makes more easy to do it.
