@Willemijn Veerman Hi, w😊at leuk dat je er ook bij bent!
I already had a WOW-picture. Now it's up front and center!
#DAY 2 Amazing day yesterday. I got so many insights into things I already do and I realize why they work and what I need to develop even more. And amazingly enough when I was going to draw my WOW-picture I realized that I already have one that I drew of the organisation I've founded, which is my mission in life, and the things I hope we will achieve in a couple of years. Something I realized though, was that it was in the "wrong place" .So what I did is that I moved the picture and now I will see it in front of me every day when I'm working. Today we are a super small organisation, but I know that if I would become 100-1000 % better at presenting and communicating it actually would be possible to reach these goals in 3-5 yrs time. And taking part of this Challenge has really helped me realize that. I have a PITCH (approximately 100 people) that I'm going to make in exactly 4 weeks time and I'm looking forward to it with anticipation. It is going to be awesome. I have practiced speaking to people almost every day about our organization and finally it is time to go big and invite people to co-create together with us. Next to my WOW-picture of the organisation I founded is what I call my "powerwall" where I have pictures mostly of people I admire, my team and people who support me. The aim is to boost me to continue being courageous and reach for the stars. Dare take the contacts that I need to take, reach out to people that I think can help me be the best I can to help the kids that today are at-risk and who could be helped by our organisation or people we can work together with. As you can see I've put David there right next to me - shoulder to shoulder. Ever so glad to have someone who also has a daring goal - to help all kids become awesome communicators.

Dopamine-loop; Combine dopamine with the power of habit
#DAY 4 I can create total immersion by - Focussing on the one skill and one skill only. The skill that it’s all about: Presenting skills. This means that every interaction is a chance to grow and learn. - Planning my free time around the gain of knowledge and experience about the subject. Divide the time in order that it is well spend, in my case I should not linger to long on one subject, continue to the next after some time. - Practise - reflect, practise - reflect, practise - reflect, etc. I can create momentum by - By creating a dopamine loop in the tendency to create a habit (like morning routines) (Book: " The power of habit") repetition of things that generates intermediate rewards but also generates more dopamine, just like the process of learning, sport training, early rising to start a day effectively etc. - Play and dance in the moment, see if there are ways to generate more dopamine in my direct environment and for myself too…What would happens if I would tell this colleague of mine about my snowboarding experience in Switserland? How would he react? - By taking a small new step every day, remembering that with every small step I get closer to my goals. Some days I won’t see any result, some days I will see massive results and then again I will just take another small step. I can share my skills by - Be around people that like the subjects I really like from the depth of my heart. - Sharing and learning from each other by being in conversation with each other. - By learning more and more about the subject and share what is so really interesting about it.
Ready...Set...Action items!! How to integrate all of this?
#DAY 3 Skill 2 Content 4 Fame 1 Marketing 3 Strategy 2 With every action point I think it is important to keep track how much of this action point is realised during the day. If an action was realised above the 80% during a day than it can be removed from the action list. In the morning I pick an action item and at the end of the day I rate my realisation of the action as a percentage. Than I sort my action items and the lowest percentage comes first to maximise my growth. Furthermore I actually checked my agenda and see how I am going to put these action items to work. It also have to fit in and by checking this it creates also immediately a sort of motivation to put the action steps to work. Most of the action items takes some time so it's okay to skip some now and than, but definately not on a consistent basis. (Keep the dopamine going / just like going to gym:) ). Skill 1. I would make an agenda and practise every day one of the top 10 of my most common 110 skills that needs be learned. 2. I will join the presenter mastery course. spend 1/2 evenings per week on this. Content 1. I create weekly content to combining my talents with storytelling. 2. Combining my stories with music that will create a better experience. Fame 1. I will work together with different kind of music artists in order to gain a faster momentum. I will reach for some form collaboration and make my small steps in order to reach a bigger audience fast, creating a win win situation. Make contact with artists (every week - contact and relation building with two artist) 2. When the enough content is solid and created I can use my father infamous imago to get some degree of media attention from several channels and news papers. (gathering contact information of all journalist, via my brother and sisters) Marketing 1. Become active and learning about two social marketing platforms, which will be Linkedin and Instagram. Linkedin has a different algorithm that reaches more people nowadays than meta platform. use one social activity every week.

Fear of start doing things
Does anyone have this kind of problem? I just keep planning, planning and planning all over again but never get started. Is is lack of interest or dopamine or what? It’s like there just isn’t start button anywhere on me. How the heck I’m supposted to do anything in my life? 😅

What is the belief that is holding you back from executing? What is the emotion that is triggered/connected to that? When you have a history of enjoyment and fulfillment in your system when executing some things tasks you like to do and know how to do it, it takes not so much effort to start probably. Can you recall some activities that you like doing and start even without a planning? Do you feel the difference, the enthusiastic ***anticipation*** of rewards coming up? Every new beginning is difficult and the good part is it get's easier/more enjoyable along the way. I would start with taking small achievable steps so the reward hormon dopamine can start flowing right in. Good luck Satu!
