@Kim Mollaert very good one. For your shorts wishlist I would recommend outopia. They have a lot of pockets and even straps for you bib number!! (Aka I was influenced by @Caroline Claassen and she has a discount code and they are definitely worth it, best shorts ever)

@Kim Mollaert haha yes this one is also not cheap, but a little bit better than 90 euros ;) and definitly worth it!
What's a running habit you've picked up from someone else?
For me it's arm swing. I still suck at it. I sit a lot and for long periods during work and my commute. My arms tend to move very little when I run. But I run so much better every time I do pay attention to it. This is the work of my running group's trainer always shouting to use my arms. πŸ˜… What's something you've picked up from someone else?

After Monday this whole week will be rest week for me. Yesterday started the rest week with a massage and afterwards jacuzzi with magnesium salt in it! And ofcourseeee lots of food

Just cry, eat, cry. But yes whatever movement is possible or look for a complete new hobby without movement
