Hi everyone! I’m Leon, based in Atlanta. I got my real estate license in May and my mortgage loan originator license this month, so I’m still fairly new to the game. I’m doing this part-time for now, with the goal of going full-time in the future. My biggest obstacle right now is conversion. I’ve just started running ads and want to get better at turning those leads into real conversations and appointments. I joined this group to sharpen those skills and become a better realtor overall.
