If you’re having trouble signing in to Skool, it can sometimes just keep loading and loading. I’m not sure why, and I still haven’t received a response from support. I’ve noticed it’s often faster to access things through their main website instead. But that’s not my only concern. Another member had their profile wiped, and I’m no longer shown as their downline because they were late making their monthly payment. They created a new account and were told the issue had been sorted, yet every time they open their profile, it still hasn’t been fixed. It’s frustrating that their information appears to have been removed entirely. A suspension would seem far more reasonable than wiping an account and creating this kind of disruption. Experiences like this are making me seriously reconsider using Skool altogether. If I were to build a community, I wouldn’t want any of my members facing the same issues. Right now, I’m genuinely questioning the platform and whether it’s the right long-term place to grow something stable. You’re not just choosing software. You’re choosing where to host people’s trust. That deserves scrutiny.
