This is something I struggle with, and to be fair I’ve tried to make it better, waking up earlier, changing the way I eat, and making sure I atleast do 1-2 football related activities a day, but ever since Easter and my first week back in school, because of how tired I have been, I’m losing grip on what I had, could anyone help?

The 2 week holiday’s for Easter I was busy constantly, so training was near impossible, and the last few days I was real tired so I rested before school, now I feel I need to get back into it and I want to know what I can do in my room to improve, as I don’t get much opportunities to go out and do stuff

What drills can you do on your own for handling and footwork? Those are aspects I would like to work on more, I have time before fully stepping in goals next season
