Although I have only lost 2 kg, I am not concerned because the most significant changes have occurred in other areas of my life. I think more clearly, sleep better, and make healthier decisions about how I spend my time and energy. My evenings have transformed from a routine of cook, eat, watch TV, and sleep to being more intentional and focused on personal growth and inner work. I have become better at setting boundaries, saying no to activities that do not add value, and prioritising what truly matters. Most importantly, I feel more focused, purposeful, and in control of my life. The weight loss is a welcome bonus, but the improvements in my mindset, wellbeing, and daily habits have been far more meaningful.
