First off, I think Tongue Fu is the banter/misc section, so totally forgive me if I got it wrong. Anyways, first time I practiced the flowing set in bagua, I totally felt like I was just flailing my arms around (came from a wing chun background, so way more straight shots). Either way, I took what Sonny said in one of the classes and just broke it down even further and finally got something that looks less embarrassing 😅 I guess for anyone in a similar spot, just put in the reps. Hi all, In the Bagua 1.8.26 live session, there was a drill where we twisted our waists, as if we were going to step forward with our fingers at shoulder height, piercing forward. My question is, should we only have horizontal energy there? For some reason, when I twist my waist with the finger pierce, I feel a slight upward angle, and I wonder if I should remove it. Thanks!
