5 Free Tickets to Fort Lauderdale
We believe something firmly, "Live events change lives"... Some of our biggest breakthroughs happen at live events. Which is why we want to offer 5 people a life-changing offer. A Free Ticket to our upcoming Fort Lauderdale event in May. We will tackle: - Walk out with my word-for-word scripts behind $250m+ in closed sales — already drilled until objections feel automatic. - Get an AI-powered system that follows up, nurtures, and converts while you sleep, in 20 minutes what used to take a week. - Know exactly what to say the moment a seller or buyer picks up because less than 5% of agents can ask for the appointment. You'll be one of them. & much more Info is here: https://lp.thetrismethod.com/summit-2026 Comment the word TICKET & I will get you details on how you can access your free ticket.

Should You Stage the home?
I had a listing presentation last week, the home was a rental and became vacant, it needs cosmetic work. As I went over my marketing with the owner, i said 'We are not going to spend $1 unless we know we can get $2 back.' Seller obviously loved it, so throughout our meeting, he met repeating this line back to me too as we went over marketing, repairs etc.. One question was asking about was staging, 'Should I spend $3000 to stage the home (this home isn't that big) and be able to get at least $6000 back?'. I wasn't 100% sure on the idea of staging, my attitude is, for homes at higher price point, staging will be great investment, but for lower price point and homes that are not appealing to everybody (like this is just a 1 bedroom condo at a prime location), staging can help but not that significant. I would like to hear from you, what do you think about staging? At what price point or what property type do you think it's a great investment? Thank you in advance!
