Done! 120 points ;). Observation: I have a new phone and my weekly average screen time is way up (so my score should maybe be lower)?! I figured out my phone isn't turning off automatically the same way as my old one, and it seems to be following certain sports games on ESPN and updating the scores in real time, and I had game changer open for a whole baseball game. Hoping to work this out!
Do you have a “go to” protein favorite?
I always go back to Fairlife because of the taste (I can even enjoy at room temp😂) and my tummy tolerance. This nurri is yum but also kinda thick. The super coffee is a little too sweet tasting for me. Let’s collab so we have more ideas: What are you guys trying for on the go protein? What are you liking? (It doesn’t have to be a shake!)

I haven't tried powders or shakes yet, so thanks for the ideas/tips. I did just get some Aloha bars to try. . .

Couldn't pull off the protein before noon-son's baseball game ran way long and forgot to pack my protein snacks in the chaos of getting out the door early. I was noticeably hungrier all afternoon and ate more than I have been all week (but also about to get my period-so that might also contribute?). (Alyssa, I'd love some upper body modifications-my shoulder is not feeling either option today).

@Alyssa Furukawa pushing up over my shoulder or lifting out to the side aggravates it. Chest stuff or a single arm lat move with my knee/hand on the bench seems ok. Thanks!
