Tilda travels in style 😁
I received an email a few weeks ago from a primary school who have been enjoying the Tilda stories. The school has been creating a new library and I have been asked to officially open the library on Monday having been voted one of the childrens favourite authors !!! I’m hoping they are all suffering from a great dose of Tilda- i-tus, or it could it be my very old historic kit car that I now do my school author visits in ❤️

love it!
Let’s talk rejection.
We all know how difficult it can be trying to get a publisher interested in your book. That’s why a lot of authors self-publish. What's the hardest publishing rejection you've ever faced? How did you handle it? What did you do next?

@Christopher Fetter definitelygot online to listen to @Florence Hannath next week. She is so easy to talk to, and has great advice and insights into the world of self publishing.
Final version of The Shadows of Brynmoor Cottage has arrived.
Finally. The new version of my book has arrived. It looks beautiful. This is currently available to pre-order at Waterstones and now I’ve had the proof copy to approve, we can finally go live. Pre-order here for just £7.99.Massive thanks to @Florence Hannath and the team from Partnership Publishing and Magic Moon for believing in this story. Let’s go. https://www.waterstones.com/book/the-shadows-of-brynmoor-cottage/a-g-wheeler/9781915200884

Monthly Show & Tell: Authors, show off or share info about your own book here – links welcome!
Because we don't usually allow self promotion and purchase links in the group, this monthly post is where you are welcome to show off about your own book and tell everybody what you've written! Feel free to include a link where we can to buy it.

I have one Novel and one children's story published on Amazon. The Novel is historical fiction called Not Forgotten. https://amzn.eu/d/9SHqJmp It charts the epic journey of Henryk, made on foot from Nazi invaded Poland to the UK, as well as a wee love story in amongst. That escape on foot though, is a well recorded journey. One of my school friends' dad walked from Northern Italy to UK to escape. I found some really heroic tales in my research. I also have a children's story for confident young readers called The Soup River Diaries- The month of Minstronehttps://amzn.eu/d/06UKm1B
