First off, we’ll be out there this weekend. Excited to see everybody. Hopefully it’s not too hot. Second, I auditioned to teach steel mace and rope flow at the new yoga studio in town, Studio MoMu. I’m going to start teaching mace there one day a week soon! My guess is it will probably begin after Marianne, and I get back from Ireland in April, though there may be a class or two before then. Unfortunately, rope flow won’t work in the studio because the ceilings are a little too low. That said, it would be great if some of you could come take a class when we go live. Right now it’s looking like Saturdays around 11:30, or possibly Wednesday evenings. What do you all think?

We'll be doing our meet up in the park this weekend as normal. Hope you can make it! We're going to have a couple of new people, so that's exciting. We'll be going through the MCF and then breaking down the mini flows from last weeks online class. I'll be adding a "coffee hour call" to the calendar for next weekend. It's sort of just a zoom where we can chat for a bit about anything, movement related or not. Like meeting up for coffee. I think you'll all get an invite by default when I set it up. But I guess we'll find out. It sounds weird, but I think it will be fun. Now let's all walk into the weekend like @Erik Messal and me in this video. 😂
