Cut your List Building Costs by Thousands of $ Per Month with RevyOps + Clay (Our Exact List Building Template)
Just posted a new video resource on how you can cut your list building costs by thousands of $$ per month by implementing RevyOps and Clay. When you're sending hundreds of thousands of emails a month, you're paying to enrich the same leads over and over. In this video I walk you through the exact Clay workbook template and RevyOps setup we use to eliminate that waste. What's covered in the video: - Central database logic - Every lead you enrich gets stored in RevyOps so you never pay twice to enrich the same contact or company across campaigns. - 8-table Clay workbook - Covers company enrichment, qualification, contact sourcing (AI Ark + Clay), email waterfall enrichment, company-level personalization, and final push to your sequencer. - Duplicate suppression - Automatically checks whether a contact or company has been reached out to in the last 60-90 days before spending any credits, at both the company and contact level. - Smart email enrichment - Compares RevyOps data against live source data to detect job changes, then decides whether to reuse, verify, or re-enrich the email address from scratch. - GTM Engineer efficiency - 95% of list building tasks are pre-built into the template. Our team members duplicate it, customize for the campaign, and go. Affiliate links for the tools used: Get RevyOps Here Get AI Ark Here Let me know if you have any feedback! Open Rate 57%, But why click Rate Zero?
If you were a business owner, what would you suggest? Right now, we're including our landing page URL directly in the first cold email. Do you think business owners see that as a negative? Maybe it looks like a phishing link or something they don't trust? Our current results: - Open rate: 57% - Click rate: 0% So I'm wondering if the problem is the link in the first email. Would it be better to keep the first email simple and use a CTA like: "If you're interested, I can send over more details." Then send the landing page in a follow-up after they reply? And one more question: If they don't reply at all, should the first follow-up email include our landing page and ask them to check it out? Or is it still better to avoid sending a link until they engage? I'd really appreciate hearing what has worked for you. Thanks! — Sabbir

@Md Sabbir Alam I would not use any links in cold emails at all. Would it be better to keep the first email simple and use a CTA like: "If you're interested, I can send over more details." Then send the landing page in a follow-up after they reply? yes, exactly. Better to avoid using links also in follow ups. You have a way higher chance of not landing in the primary inbox

@Md Sabbir Alam I would also include an actual CTA that asks something. You will definitely get more replies if you ask. Check out the copywriting materials in the classroom , that will help
ListKit: List Building + Sequencer in One Platform
Most cold email workflows look like this: - Find leads in one tool - Download a CSV - Import it into a verifier - Wait a few hours - Download again - Import into a sequencer - Finally launch It's tedious and it eats up more time than you want to admit Listkit fixes most of that You search for leads inside the platform, it verifies the emails automatically in the background through a triple verification process, and you launch the campaign from the same dashboard No importing/exporting CSVs from different platfomrs The search functions and filters are solid, the email engine is essentially a sequencer built in, so you can connect inboxes, build sequences, and manage replies all from one place It's not going to replace Clay for serious list building and enrichment work But for straightforward prospecting workflows where you want everything in one place, it's worth looking at Also love how simple the platform looks and how it focuses on the fundamental features. So many sequencers are filled with features that just create confusion when all you want to do is set up a simple campaign Full ListKit walkthrough attached here Sign up for ListKit: https://www.listkit.io/?ref=beanstalk

Mimecast
Hey @Dean Fiacco if mimecast keep blocking my emails (i'm sending to 5 different prospects from 5 different companies but all has mimecast), what does it mean?

It's normal to see high bounce rates on mimecast emails now @John Tay . We now remove mimecast leads from campaigns and use other channels (linkedin, cold calling) to reach out to them. Mimecast probably made some software updates that allows them to block incoming emails from new domains
