Hi I am Leona I have always been a renter as I have spent most of my life self employed. I also found it easier to be flexible and planned to move abroad, which we did and probably will again in the future. I am looking to purchase a property in Rutland, it would be great if it were mixed use so that I could have the business and the house in the one place. Like Philly I would also be nice to just decorate how we want and have a stable base. I also need one for my mum too, could be small bungalow. However currently she gets help with her rent and she wouldn't if I owned it so I am hoping I may find a win win deal with someone looking for a great long term tenant or if I exit a business or put together a good deal I can buy somewhere outright so she has somewhere safe and secure that she doesn't need to move out from.
