Three Years Ago, I Faced a Big Decision…
When I first started sharing my knowledge about Social Recruiting, I had one major question: 👉 Should I teach this in Dutch or go international from day one? My ultimate goal has always been to put Social Recruiting on the map worldwide. But instead of jumping straight into the international market, I decided to start in the Netherlands—to gain experience and truly understand the coaching business. Looking back, that was the right choice. Over the past three years, I’ve learned so much—not just about Social Recruiting but also about how to teach others to succeed. 📌 Who is my ideal audience? 📌 Who sees the fastest results? 📌 How do I make sure people don’t just learn—but actually apply my knowledge successfully? At first, I mainly coached new entrepreneurs looking to start their own agency. But then, more and more recruiters started joining my program. At first, I thought they were two completely different audiences. But over time, I realized… 💡 They actually complement each other perfectly. The key to successful Social Recruiting is having: ✅ A strong campaign that attracts the right candidates ✅ A recruiter who knows how to convert those candidates into hires Inside the Social Recruiting Academy, many entrepreneurs who run campaigns have partnered with recruiters who handle candidate placement. These collaborations have created incredibly profitable agencies—filling high-value roles faster and more efficiently than traditional hiring methods. Now, I’m Facing Another Big Decision… As you may have seen in my last post, I’ve been thinking deeply about my next step. I asked myself: 📌 What is my long-term vision? 📌 What truly excites me? The answer became clear: It’s time to introduce Social Recruiting to the global market. After doing extensive research, I discovered that this strategy is barely being used outside the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
