Three Years Ago, I Faced a Big Decision…
When I first started sharing my knowledge about Social Recruiting, I had one major question: 👉 Should I teach this in Dutch or go international from day one? My ultimate goal has always been to put Social Recruiting on the map worldwide. But instead of jumping straight into the international market, I decided to start in the Netherlands—to gain experience and truly understand the coaching business.
