And last week? I watched what follow-through actually looks like. Great job showing up, gang 🤍 I want to personally recognize @Keandra Marion-Bell for checking in daily and staying accountable. That’s the part people skip and it matters! Whew! 🤪😵‍💫 (all the unsexy stuff lol) This is why I say it over and over; creativity isn’t the issue. Systems are what support follow-through! Im currently building mine this quarter! I’ll share one too, I finally onboarded a commercial client, completed the project and was asked to continue on a monthly retainer! Yay! Not because of a big idea… but because the backend was ready! (My prices, communication, timelines, etc) If you showed up for yourself last week in any way! Big or small!
