That’s a wrap on the 4 weeks! 🔥 First of all, really well done to everyone who committed to this and saw it through. Showing up consistently for 4 weeks is no small thing, and that’s what sets this apart. You’ve all put in the work, followed a structure, and proven to yourselves that you can stay consistent when things are clear and repeatable. Take a moment to actually acknowledge that. How has your energy, focus, and day-to-day routine improved? 3. What part of the structure did you find easiest to stay consistent with? 4. What challenged you the most, and how did you handle it? 5.
