Showing up consistently for 4 weeks is no small thing, and thatโ€™s what sets this apart. Youโ€™ve all put in the work, followed a structure, and proven to yourselves that you can stay consistent when things are clear and repeatable. Take a moment to actually acknowledge that. Final Check-In - ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Now is the time to reflect and get the most out of what youโ€™ve just done. Take a few minutes and drop your answers below: 1. @Georgia Sombekke Over Easter is always difficult, but the good thing would be the structure of things not completely falling apart! We have a few days left so weโ€™ll get back on track and get the last little push done before the final check in! Stick in there, it will be worth it in the end! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ”ฅ

@Ingrid Kennedy thatโ€™s great! Very good to hear! Haha well, your birthday is an exception but the other days youโ€™ll be able to stick to the plan! Just remember, this is only a 4 week challenge, but the lessons youโ€™ll be able to stick to going forward for as long as youโ€™d like! Great job and keep up the good work ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Welcome everyone to the final week of THE SHRED ZONE! ๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐Ÿฅณ The structure for week 4 is now available and in the Classroom! The biggest focus for this week will be to use all that youโ€™ve learnt for this final week and try to perfect the execution. This is the final push for the challenge so we want to make it a strong one. No alcohol, no โ€œcheatingโ€, no skipping, just had work for the final 7 days ๐Ÿ˜Ž We will do a group check in tomorrow (same structure as last week) and have a read of the reflection questions at the end of week 3 and post your answer to the discussions page ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ
