What's Everyone Working on? I'm building a back office post video call agent
I'm currently working on a workflow that will listen in on my emails, but only look for my transcript recordings from gemini that trickle in. Then when on comes in, I'm going to pull the transcript extract all of the relevant information and todos/tasks, upload them to my Todoist platform (and it will intelligently identify if this is an existing customer or a new one etc), then it'll save the raw transcript in a vector store for recall later, and finally, if it was a call that required a proposal to be built, it will draft up a proposal for the system to be implemented. This will greatly increase my ability to autonomously handle my back office operations when it comes to sales and marketing! let me know what you are working on these days and if you need any help.

After some quiet time from the engineering firm, finally talked to them again. They want a better understanding of what my system will be able to do for them. So I'm coming up with a proposal now to show them what Phase II of this AI tool will look like for them. It's going to depend on their current level of server infrastructure. I think they might have some GPUs, but I don't know if they'll need to boost it or not from what they have. And so I'm also wondering, how good of tasks these 7B or 13B parameter models could handle because I think it might be sufficient for what I'm trying to set up. Is Career LLM a good place to play with these, or you know I could probably just set these up on my own computer right? What's a good way to get started doing that that you guys recommend?

@Tanner Woodrum alright, so it went pretty good today. I talked with the VP for a while, and after about an hour and a half, it was clear that they could use a specific tool already. At that point, I decided to just make this and go from there. I didn't get a super deep dive on looking for what would be the highest ROI thing they could do with AI, but this is a problem that they've had for a long time, and it's something that they can use even if it's not AI incorporated. So I'm going to build that for them. I'm going to be able to use AI to build it and go through this big amount of data that I have to do for it. Love to talk more about it with you guys if you're interested.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I've seen this suggested by Gemini as a way to begin centering AI for a civil engineering company. Basically just a centralized way to store all of the documents and databases that exist or I make for the company. If you have any insight at all on this topic, I'd love to hear your feedback. Looks like they have a Docker version and a desktop version.
