Finally started a THCA brand after talking to Chris!
Well I finally did it.. Launched our THCA brand in North Carolina. Thanks for the confidence after our call Chris. Funded it mostly through the wholesaling and white labeling side of it, but tbh that turned out to be a great way to get into the stores and build relationships. Die cut bags was the way to go for the top tier side of the brand. Feedback welcome. Thanks Chris!!!

@Cannabiz Academy So would have loved to go into retail and delivery first cause of margins, but with the whole nature of the hemp industry and the most recent thing added to the Government funding to ban Hemp based THC. I figured that starting out as a wholesaler was the easiest to raise capital with minimal investment and easiest to exit if something changes in laws. Will say did what we always did in Nashville and went with get the best I could at the best price and well this market is a bit different. This market is very price focused here. They would rather focus on their ideal price on the Pound. Nashville is very different happy to pay 1400-1800 for the best of the exotics. Charlotte and North Carolina is very different so it just showed me get what that customer wants while I am focusing on my brand. I think that is what a lot of wholesalers get wrong they don't listen to the customer they want to educate the customer and bring them up to a price they want them to be at. The way I see it if the margin on some 600-800 indoor is the same as the exotics but less push back. Why fight it... so how it started was got my first 5 pack and then was like who am I gonna sell this to... lots of qps when you trying to build traction with customers at a higher price point. So the lesson was I had to listen to the customer get them what they want and then they trust you to look at what else you want to show them. The rosin game has been interesting and just getting into that as well.

@Lee Ann Murray thanks so much! I already got the next run all ready gonna do different colors for Indica, Sativa, and hybrid. Haven't decided which color for which but I have ideas. Focused too much on building up the wholesale.
