The official University classes and cohort kick-off will take place on 1 August 2026. Why is it that when we start something new, and it just starts to gain momentum, someone comes and pees on your parade? My mom always said “The tallest trees catch the most wind.” I thought about that today, after having encountered one of those pee-ers in my day-job. Nobody walks into a forest and argues with the tiny shrub hiding quietly in the shade. No, it is the big trees that get the storm. The resistance. The pressure. The wind. The same thing sometimes happens when you start building something meaningful online. The moment you begin standing taller…thinking differently…posting consistently…trying to improve your life… someone suddenly appears with a PhD in Unsolicited Opinions™️. 😅 Apparently, some entity out there has appointed several people as: Chairperson of Your Life Choices, Senior Investigator of Your Business Model, and Director of “That Won’t Work.” Chief Auditor of Your Confidence Director of Eye-Roll Operations, and the oh, so popular Lifetime Achievement Award Winner in Sitting on the Sidelines But here’s the thing… Almost every person who contributed something meaningful to humanity faced criticism before they were respected. Albert Einstein was considered unconventional. Thomas Edison failed thousands of times. Nikola Tesla was mocked for many of his ideas. Walt Disney was once told he lacked imagination. Oprah Winfrey was told she was “unfit for television.” Imagine if they had folded emotionally every time somebody made a sarcastic comment from the sidelines. Progress often looks ridiculous… right before it starts making sense. So if somebody questions what you’re doing…laughs at your consistency…rolls their eyes at your videos…or suddenly becomes deeply concerned about your “online thing”… take a breath. It simply means you’ve become visible enough to catch some wind. And wind only hits the trees that grew tall enough to matter. 🌲 Keep growing anyway. 🤍

I urge everyone to do that 1st face to face reel. It brings credibility and authenticity to your posts which in turn plays into the algorithm. I had huge reluctance to do face to face reels until i was guided to JUST do it. I did a few and then tried to work around not doing them again. Came to my senses and started doing them again. I find when you do one the next one becomes easier. Once its easier you automatically try and better the last one and so it goes on until they are second nature. You get a feel for it and start tweaking to what your niche wants to hear. Keep tracking them and you can start to see what works and what doesn't then drill down on what works. I've scheduled a weeks reels , short (20s) with hard hitting pain hooks and strong CTA's and will be watching carefully. Good luck today.

Some people sleep at night… I, however, have evolved. Into a nocturnal creature powered by hot chocolate, Wi-Fi, and questionable levels of determination. Picture this:It’s pouring with rain outside. Some moments? Pure magic.Other moments?“Why are you like this?? That is NOT what I asked for!” 😅 But here’s the thing… In between the late nights, the edits, the posts, the “aha!” moments and the mild tech tantrums… I’m actually loving it. Because this journey?It’s messy.It’s unpredictable.It’s slightly caffeinated. But it’s mine. So if you ever find yourself awake at midnight, rain tapping on the window, building something that no one else can quite see yet… Just know… There’s a whole tribe of us out here.Warm feet.
