Halfway through our first week of camp! Feeling sweaty but refreshed as outlook is everything. What’s something you’re grateful for? I’m grateful for the ability to move my body, something I couldn’t do this freely several years ago

day was superb. Has my whey protein, lean steak, egg whites & more whey protein. Felt like all I had was the whey protein 😂 Workout was dope, felt nice to sweat all of my water out lol.
