What's one small, hopeful step you're taking this weekend to support your cardiovascular health?

To walk 30 minutes Saturday and Sunday
What goals have you set for today?
Not the easy ones — the real ones. The ones that demand your honesty, your courage, and your follow-through. Because here’s the truth: most people won’t see what it costs you to keep showing up. They won’t see the quiet battles — the cravings you resist, the boundaries you hold, the emotions you finally face. They won’t know what it takes to choose healing instead of habit. But we will. This group will. We are the witnesses to your quiet victories — the kind that don’t make headlines, but change your whole life. So when you hit a goal today — even a small one — come tell us. Let this be the space where your growth gets noticed, your courage gets clapped for, and your story gets seen. Because out there, they may not understand what it takes to break free…but in here, we do. 💪🏾💗

Sugar is the Problem, Fat is the Answer
For years, we were told to fear fat and embrace “low-fat” everything. But the real culprit behind inflammation, weight gain, and constant cravings isn’t fat—it’s sugar and refined carbs. Sugar spikes your blood glucose, triggers insulin, and inflammation. This constant internal “fire” is linked to nerve damage, diabetes, weight gain, brain fog, and fatigue. Healthy fats, on the other hand, are stabilizers. They: ✅ Steady blood sugar and insulin levels ✅ Keep you fuller longer, reducing cravings ✅ Calm inflammation at the root ✅ Support brain and nerve health ✨ Practical Step: Add a source of healthy fat to each meal—like avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, nuts, seeds, or grass-fed butter—and reduce sugary, refined carbs. This simple swap can completely change how your body feels and functions. This is why the YES “DO” LIST appears so restrictive. 🔥 When you stop feeding the fire with sugar and start fueling with real fat, your energy stabilizes, your cravings quiet down, and your body can finally heal. Where are you getting your fat from? 🫶🏾 Shun
