How do you set up Instantly to avoid the spam folder?
I usually send around 21 emails per day from one mailbox, divided into 7 new emails and 14 follow-ups. This setup works well for me. I send different types of emails and usually get a good number of replies. However, some of my emails are currently landing in spam. What are the best Instantly settings I should use to improve deliverability and avoid emails going to spam? I’m already sending a relatively low number of emails compared to the usual limits, so I’d like to understand what settings I should adjust.

@Vansh Bulani Hey Vansh! Are you looking for a reliable email provider for your outreach? I’d be happy to help point you in the right direction. What kind of setup are you planning to use?

@Jun Nguyen Hey Jun! I can see you’ve already tried several things to fix this. I know how frustrating it can be when all four domains get listed despite your efforts. I can connect you with a specialist who may be able to help you investigate the issue and find the right next steps. Would you be open to that?
New Video: Apollo isn't how I build lists anymore. Here's my setup.
[RESOURCES FROM THE VIDEO ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST] If you learned list building from any of my videos before 2026, erase it. Everything I taught you about lead databases is now wrong. Apollo is a good database. 250 million leads, great filters, pre-verified emails. But the prices are high, the export limits are low, and cold email at real volume needs a massive amount of data. Here's what I use now: 1. GetLeads for the data. There's no dashboard. You query it through their API from Claude Code or Codex, and it's unlimited for a flat fee. $249 a month on the partner plan, and that plan won't be around long. 2. Supabase to store it. I have tens of millions of records in there for about $20 a month. Cancel the data provider and the data is still yours. Try that with Apollo. 3. Reacher to verify it. Open source, 10,000 emails a day for free. Don't trust any database's emails, including mine. Want signal data too? Clay's Audiences give you people with job changes, funding and hiring signals. Everything except the email. Run those rows through GetLeads inside a Clay table and you get the email without paying Clay to waterfall it. You need their Growth plan for that part. Full walkthrough in the new video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pg6W1qcw6vs RESOURCES -My lead database skills for Claude Code, free (includes the Reacher email check skill): https://leadgenjay.com/getleads -GetLeads partner plan: https://getleads.io/?via=jay -Reacher, the free open-source verifier: https://reacher.email -Consulti, 50% off your first month with code YOUTUBE50: https://www.consulti.ai/pricing?promo=Bny1B8vJ Go watch it, then tell me what you're paying for leads right now.

@Felix Clarke I completely understand, Felix. Lead generation can be challenging when things get more competitive. I also run my own Shopify business, so I’ve had to keep adapting and testing what works. I’m consistently doing around $70k a month now, and I’d be happy to share a few things that have helped me along the way. Always good to connect with someone else building a business.

@Felix Clarke I completely understand, Felix. I actually went through something similar with my own business. I had a specialist who helped me work through my offer, strategy and overall setup. I also had to invest in the necessary tools and guidance, but it made a big difference for me. If you’re open to it, I’d be happy to introduce you to the specialist who helped me and you can see if it’s a good fit for what you’re trying to improve.
