Health Fair
One of the best things I have found to improve engagement is to host a health fair. Employees learn about you and the partners you work with. I usually will host a health fair (or a mini health fair aka Wellness Day) as a kick off to my Nuvita challenges. Here's a free checklist for you to work off of. Have you ever hosted a health fair? Hello :) My name is Lauren, I'm a Subconscious Strategist for Visionary Leaders and my company name is The Subconscious Muse. I live in the Houston, Texas area. I'm on a global mission to help people at any level get past their own blocks so that they can build and live a life they absolutely love waking up to. I am passionate about helping heart-centered leaders that are growth minded stand fully in their power. I use NLP, hypnosis, meditation, breathwork, and other modalities. I've also coached teams/founders with 40+ employees by doing quarterly holistic check-ins and coaching their employees for overall wellness, and for the sustainability of the company's success/culture. I absolutely love what I do and I have so much to share but I will save more for later. I know of and met Kathie (and a few others) through Joseph Rodrigues' mastermind group. I'm grateful for that!
