Y’all the self-control that I have to have to do the right thing! I could easily eat all of this right now. That won’t help me with my goals. In the moment, I would be so excited and it tastes so good. But I know for a fact if I were to cave, then I would instantly regret my decision. It’s all about time and place. There’s nothing wrong with pizza, but if it’s not a part of your plan at the current moment… don’t give in. That goes with anything that you’re doing if you struggle with something. Have a rule with it. Maybe you can only have it on Friday night. Maybe once a month. There’s no reason to limit yourself from it, but may not have it every single time it’s available. Just a little thoughts here and there that I will try to share with you! But I promise I struggle too. I saw this tonight and thought wow I could eat all that right now.😆🤣 and we move on.
