Yogurt bowl: oikos triple zero vanilla yogurt + banana + pb2 powder + 60% Cacao Chocolate Chips ORR oikos triple zero vanilla yogurt + .5 scoop Level-1 Red Velvet + 60% Cacao Chocolate Chips + use a dip for apples Rice cake + crunchy almond butter + 60% Cacao Chocolate Chips Ninja Creami: peppermint bark level-1 + fairlife + candy cane crushed up ORRR Level-1 Vanilla Milkshake + fairlife milk + 60% Cacao Chocolate Chips ORRR Phormula-1 Salted Caramel + fairlife + sliced almonds Apple Nachos: apples sliced + pb2 powder drizzled over top + 60% Cacao Chocolate Chips + coconut flakes But the most important one.. if strawberry smash cake ever comes back.......

I love my sweets!! I have been making in the cremini fairlife chocolate milk scoop of coffee protein powder and walnuts Also make cottage cheese, cool whip pineapple and jello powder peach is my Favorite mix it up and enjoy

We are entering crazy baseball season with High school and 2 travel teams so I’m committing to myself because I put myself last when it gets Crazy and busy and it’s so easy to fall off and say I’ll start over again and again! The food and planning is the hardest Part For me

I struggle too..
Y’all the self-control that I have to have to do the right thing! I could easily eat all of this right now. That won’t help me with my goals. In the moment, I would be so excited and it tastes so good. But I know for a fact if I were to cave, then I would instantly regret my decision. It’s all about time and place. There’s nothing wrong with pizza, but if it’s not a part of your plan at the current moment… don’t give in. That goes with anything that you’re doing if you struggle with something. Have a rule with it. Maybe you can only have it on Friday night. Maybe once a month. There’s no reason to limit yourself from it, but may not have it every single time it’s available. Just a little thoughts here and there that I will try to share with you! But I promise I struggle too. I saw this tonight and thought wow I could eat all that right now.😆🤣 and we move on.
