Team.. we’ve mastered the movement in April. Now, we’re going for the shape. I’m officially dropping the May 'Four for the Core' Calendar. 31 days of targeted deep-core and abdominal work to cinch the waist and build a foundation of strength. But here is the truth: You can have the strongest core in the world, but if your gut is inflamed and bloated, you’ll never see it. In May, we aren't just training the muscles; we are healing the gut. The May Standard: 1. The Daily 4: Complete your ABCD rotation (Calendar attached!). 2. The Gut Protocol: We are eliminating the bloat by prioritizing gut health and protein. 1. The Check-In: Post your 'Core & Greens' photo daily. Show us you doing the work.. taking the supplements or eating healthier. I’m going to be teaching you EXACTLY how I leaned out my waist and the specific 1st Phorm tools I use to keep my stomach flat and my digestion on point. I don't go a single day without these three things: 1. Opti-Greens 50 (To kill the bloat) 2. Colostrum (To heal my gut and stop inflammation) 3. Micro Factor (To make sure my body has everything it needs to recover) Note: if you do not like colostrum and opti-greens 50 flavor (I don't love it either) add in peach ring magnesium and you will be GOLDEN. Yogurt bowl: oikos triple zero vanilla yogurt + banana + pb2 powder + 60% Cacao Chocolate Chips ORR oikos triple zero vanilla yogurt + .5 scoop Level-1 Red Velvet + 60% Cacao Chocolate Chips + use a dip for apples Rice cake + crunchy almond butter + 60% Cacao Chocolate Chips Ninja Creami: peppermint bark level-1 + fairlife + candy cane crushed up ORRR Level-1 Vanilla Milkshake + fairlife milk + 60% Cacao Chocolate Chips ORRR Phormula-1 Salted Caramel + fairlife + sliced almonds Apple Nachos: apples sliced + pb2 powder drizzled over top + 60% Cacao Chocolate Chips + coconut flakes But the most important one.. if strawberry smash cake ever comes back.......

I love my sweets!! I have been making in the cremini fairlife chocolate milk scoop of coffee protein powder and walnuts Also make cottage cheese, cool whip pineapple and jello powder peach is my Favorite mix it up and enjoy

We are entering crazy baseball season with High school and 2 travel teams so I’m committing to myself because I put myself last when it gets Crazy and busy and it’s so easy to fall off and say I’ll start over again and again! The food and planning is the hardest Part For me
