You help everyone…except yourself. I know this because I lived it. I remember coming home late at night, burned out, stressed, and empty. My girlfriend at the time looked at me with worried eyes. You left because you care. You left because you have something real inside you. But even the smartest person sinks if the boat they’re rowing is broken. You don’t fail because you lack skill. You fail because you are misaligned. You are running a model that drains you instead of supporting you. You were never the problem. Your structure is. Now ask yourself: Are you going to keep giving everything without receiving the same back? Or are you ready to build a business that finally gives back to you?
