Where is the info on curriculum for kids ministry. I know we talked about a bunch of different ones. I am reviewing curriculum and want to know what people think is best. Why they like certain ones and why they don't. Thanks!

Right now, our team is organized by ministry area (PreK, Elementary, and Family Experience), but I'm exploring whether that's the most effective setup. How is your team divided up? Hey all! I have been serving in Kids ministry for the last 5 years and we just recently moved from being in a permanent building to renting our local high school. We set up and tear down each week. We are 9 weeks in and I am a little concerned with burnout for my kids team. I try to make sure I am touching base with them often and checking in. I also am creating more opportunity for them to be in service over serving since we now only have 1 church service through the summer months. What tools and practices have worked well for you as kids min leaders to care for your team and continue to pour into them well?
