What the hell? How do?
Roof pulls are always my weakness. There's no feet? Taller people reach out usable part of that side pull. Stronger people campus. I'm neither taller or stronger. My only thoughts were to maybe lock off next time, but every ounce of my being is required to keep the body tension that keeps my feet stuck in that wall. Anything for me?

New River Gorge!
Just posting for some stoke! We’re headed out to NRG on Thursday. I’m super pumped. I’ve been doing a ton of research in the guide books, and am excited to get on the rock out there!

What shoes does everyone rock!?
These were my main shoes last year, but I used to wear Vapor’s for the first 5 or so years indoor and outdoor! Left to right TC pros (for crack climbing) 5.10 mocsassains (slip on warm up/ chill shoes) Skwamas (my try hard shoe) I’ve been using unparalleled Quincy’s for the last 5 or so months and really liking them too. Curious what everyone else is wearing??

La sportiva's are the only shoes I've found that fit my feet.
Howdy
Hi! I'm Lauren. My home gym is in Richmond, VA. My favorite outdoor bouldering crag is Stone Fort (near Chattanooga). My favorite sport crag is Reed's Creek in West Virginia. I am finally giving myself permission to be great at climbing. 💪❤️

@Ryan Hegarty What you need to know about climbing in Virginia is that most of us go to West Virginia to climb. 🤣 At Reed's, I think the rock is pretty grippy and I like the movement and it's beautiful and there's a bunch of fossils in the rock. Approach isn't too bad either.

I've been climbing too long to be this mediocre but it did start when I was ancient so I think that counts for something.
