I don’t , the no shows seemed to be people you didn’t want anyway, we just take note and depending on the situation book them at the end of they day so if they don’t come you get to go home early. Small town also helps so you know their situation. Most have medical issues or young people and some rude people which all the salons know who they are.

Also my booking system notifies you when you make a appointment the day before and a hour before, so no excuses and if you don’t come it gives you a snooty response that you didn’t show up
