@Drew Hopper Great video, Drew! Thanks for sharing! I changed my diet and lifestyle in 2019 due to autoimmune disease, and so many things have improved! I am on no medications. I agree that daily movement, fresh air, organic natural foods, proper rest, and good friends makes all the difference!

Gentle Qigong for Inner Energy
Today we begin with a gentle Qigong-inspired movement session and finish with a short mindful meditation. There may be distractions, and that's part of the practice. Mindfulness isn't about finding perfect silence—it's about building the resilience to meet life just as it is. Happiness is an inside job.
