Really really 5 star. The info here would taken a lifetime to collect, if you could, and it is all in one place, easy to navigate. Oscar is brilliant, a very special person.  I love the female coaches especially. Megan and Stella are super responsive, relatable and knowledgeable about Oscar’s methods and lifestyle. The community is kind and supportive. This group very much aligned with my life before and has added on valuable insights that are benefiting myself and my 6 year old son. I’m a fan! 

Life-changing!!!! EPIC 💯 The BEST thing I ever did for myself. 
The old me was always searching for the next high, through drugs, alcohol, sex, toxic men, motorcycles, surfing, cross-fit, hypnosis….you name it, I tried it. Always trying to find the missing piece, to fix myself. But I never could.
Until NOW. Now I am high on LIFE! High on my bodywork and this healing community. Sober as a freakin clam and LOVING IT. My life truly started when I started Ilana’s Method. Now IM AMAZING. ✨🦄🏆
