My pick would have been a long run, but I have been on a rest since my trampoline accident on Monday. I can’t wait to get back out and run. It is so hard to take a timeout even though it was Dr’s orders.

Sunday Smarts 📖 How to run MORE?
I haven't uploaded any new videos in the last 2 weeks as training got a little intense. But I am soon launching a full half marathon series on YouTube! Let me know if you want me to cover anything specific. In the meantime, here a video on how to run MORE (mileage) without getting injured!

Thanks for the video. It actually come at a time that I am nursing a sore I’m not sure if it’s my hip or just the top part of my quad.. I can still run or walk, but I can’t walk up a flight of stairs and put a full load on that leg I am trying to take it easy though I’ve taken two full recovery days Saturday and Sunday this week along with two days during the week so I only got to run three days last week

This week's challenge: plan a run specifically to find a great view. Then stop and take it in. It doesn't have to be a mountain. A rooftop, a riverbank, a hill in your local park. Anywhere that makes you think "yeah, this is why I run." ✅ Rules 1️⃣ Plan and run a route with a view as the destination or highlight. I try to run this route each morning as I love a gorgeous sunrise . Sometime I lucky go see a family of deer in the fields

Flex I completed a 15 mile run this week .i also made sure to take 3 days off from running) Fail I did not hit my goal with strength training
